Disease Prevention
For fighting the COVID-19 together, you are not allowed to attend the conference in person if you fulfil one of the below criteria:
• You / Your family members are under the HK Government's compulsory quarantine order
• You / Your family members are required by the Government to undergo a COVID-19 testing and awaiting the test result
• You are having respiratory symptoms or fever
Meanwhile, below prevention measures will be taken strictly at the conference venue:
• Visitors without masks will not be allowed to enter area and all visitors and staffs must wear mask all the time in the area
• Body temperature check must be conducted before you are allowed to enter the area
• Contact tracing - follow directions applicable to scheduled premise
• Distancing must be kept at least 1.5 metres between groups of 4 persons
Safety and health of our attendees is our highest priority. If the government announced the latest regulations, we will follow the latest regulations and shifted the conference to online mode.

Enrolment are now open for local, mainland and overseas participants!
With the theme of “Smart Infrastructure”, the conference enables participants to review the utilization of cutting-edge smart applications in the GBA, and how the technologies shape our cities to be more connected and sustainable. We are honoured to have Secretary General of Smart City Development Alliance in Mainland China, Government Chief Information Officer, Heads of Government Departments, and other industry leaders and academia as our heavyweight Keynote Speakers. We believe their comprehensive presentation will certainly bring benefits to the industry at large.
The conference will be conducted in Mixed Mode that combines physical event for local participant and live streaming for mainland / overseas participant on 13 – 14 May 2021. Participant can enjoy Early-bird discount if registered by 31 March 2021.

The conference provides an international platform for researchers and industry professionals to share their research findings and field experiences on technologies and processes that has the potential to make significant impact in the fields of smart city development and smart infrastructure applications.
